This company uses a bait and switch method with its applicants. They advertise positions that don't actually exist and base their interviews on a totally different role! A complete waste of your time and efforts. I opted out as soon as I researched their company online. Google their apartment reviews and take notice that their residents have filed numerous complaints on ton of sites.
Check indeed to scout their employee reviews, all positive reviews are posted by "current" employees that reword the same exact reviews lol. Sorry but my morals are not for sale!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Cincinnati, OH) in Sept 2025
Interview
The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jul 2025
Interview
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.
