I submitted my resume and then there was a 30 min interview a few days after submitting my resume. They let you know if you passed immediately and after a week you start orientation

was easy and straightforward. they also asked about my previous experience. and challenges that i encountered as a guard. they also asked for my availability to work and where is the most area of expertise in the industry.
