6) Schedule 2nd interview with the General Manager
7) If hired, orientation

9) Written exam to pass for position after 2 weeks of training (typically 4~6shifts)

Very easy, very fast, was asked simple easy questions. Applied on a Monday, was called on Tuesday, had an interview Wednesday. Was hired on the spot then had orientation 2 days later. Started training 1 week after I applied.

It was supposed to be a 3 interview process, but I got hired after the first interview! They were extremely friendly. And it was a great experience. The questions were fair and the interview was a little laid back. They were honest and open. They offered me a different position than what I applied based off of my personality. It ended up being a good fit.
