Phone screen, then 1 on 1 pending follow shift before accurate background company dropped the ball - they ask very basic food and beverage industry and management questions and scenarios.no rocket launch science..

Basic questions like volume, why you want to join the, food and labor cost, and few situatIonal questions. They will first anaylyse things and what and how to dictate your self. It is a very average basis interview.

Very detailed, asked a lot of real life examples. Be prepared to give real life experience in any and all. Great company but no BS will land you the job. Real life experience will take you a long way. Multiple interview process from phone interview to in-person. Be ready to give references to better heli your application process.
