I applied online. I interviewed at The Campbell's Company (Camden, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
The HR lady was super lovely. After meeting with 3 people and talking about the panel interview, the recruiter told me that they were changing staffing needs, and will come back to me later, then everything went silent. Not sure if the Remote world is causing this or what, but people these days have gotten used to just ignoring people.
Three phone calls about history. Mostly discussed experience and past work environments. Occasional discussion of what reasons are you leaving current position. The process was not zoom, which was odd. Then onsite for a tour.
Fairly simple but slow interview process. All interviews were remote. Expect about 4-5 interviews in total. First interview is the usual HR filter. The ask question around the values of the company as well.
