Had the initial phone screen with the recruiter back in August 2022. Recruiter told me I would be scheduled for a phone screen with the manager in two days. I ended up not hearing from recruiter until October 2022. I then had the panel interview with the hiring team and received favorable feedback. I was told, I would hear back from the recruiter the falling week. This never happened and tried to reach out to the recruiter for the following two weeks. I eventually received the automated emailing, indicating rejection. Overall, Boston Beer seems like a chaotic place to work, and I feel this worked out for the best.
