Arrived at the office 10 minutes earlier, Process was seamless, went in for interview about 10 minutes afterwards.
3 men panel.
I enjoyed learning more about the position and organization
Had an interview and it went decent in my opinion.
Keep in mind they had seen my CV with my experience on it and given me an interview
When I got rejected they said ‘you don’t have the right experience. You should have applied for assistant support worker’
We’re not encouraging in the interview either and seemed fed up
