Tesla Process Technician/Engineer interview questions

First, they schedule a quick call with you and a recruiter, you speak to him for 30-45 minutes to talk about your skills and qualifications, and why you would be a good fit for the position. If everything goes smoothly, the recruiter sets up a meeting with you and the team you would be working with. You meet each one individually through a Zoom call for 30 minutes each. In my case, there were three interviewers (Senior Manager, Technical Manager, and Process Engineer). These three interviews involved more technical, in my case about Designs of Experiments and what methodologies I use to solve complex problems. One particularly important thing to know is they all ask me the same question: Why do you want to work for Tesla? So, be very prepared to answer this question.
