you need to fill the application online first and then the whole process starts online. There are questions and answers to be filled online as well during the process and also many other statements, including your health declaration. Then you get a email if you passed the test online for interview .

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
