Absolutely avoid this company. I had wrote a review previously but I was contacted after the fact so removed it. So glad I did as I get to really show how they are. I received an email to arrange a phone interview, I did so and waited on the 30th of March for the call at the arranged time but no call was made. I followed up twice to see was there an issue with the hiring rep but received no response.  I didn't think much more about it until the 11th of May when I got a phone call from the hiring rep asking was I still interested in the position. I said yes but was unsure why I wasn't contacted before, he explained he was off on vacation and there was a mix up and that if I was still interested I need to complete the practical test urgently and arrange a face to face interview with the manager for the role. He also explained informally that I was only really in contention with one other person for the role based on all the applications they received and my experience to date. I did the practical and arranged the interview for Tuesday 17th of May. The interview I felt went extremely well, the manager was a really nice guy and it felt like an informal chat with some tech aspects added. He also told me it went well and I would be hearing from the hiring rep very soon as the position starts on 7th of June. To date I have not been contacted to be told I was not successful or I was, I have followed up 3 times and still radio silence
