Good interview and realistic questions, they gave tips if you didn't pass the first interview as well as the next one. They are smiling at you during the session. They asked what is/are my strength, my weakness also, they gave an advice to make my next interview pass.

Interview
You'll be taking an exam first before going to the interview. Their exam composed of english; grammar and pronunciation. There is also a typing test and some computer related questions. If you passed the test, they will give you a date for the interview. My experience with that is pretty terrible (more likely my fault), I was waiting for a call at the given date but it's already getting late at that time (around 10pm) so I thought the call was moved, I didn't expect them to call around 10pm so I got flustered and failed the interview. They will immediately tell you the problems you had during the interview.

Interview
The interview process was very helpful. The interviewer took time to understand which campaign would be the best for me. I’m glad they understood what I wanted of time here.
it's a pretty chill interview. They asked me about my hobbies, my plans before the pandemic, and what I'm doing while in the pandemic.
Since it's just a phone call, the conversation went smoothly and the interviewer also gave some pointers on how I could do better for the next interview.
