I was already a current employee that was working in a different area of the store for two months. My ETL recognized my customer service abilities and my positive attitude and felt I would be better in a different area of the store so I was approached to fill the open position of GSA. Of course I was ecstatic being a new employee and already being offered a raise so I jumped right on the opportunity and asked how to go further in approaching this position so I was offered an interview and took the bait. I went through the interview process with our Executive Team Lead for Guest Experience, our Executive Team Lead for Human Resources, and our Store Team Lead. I was already training for the position though before having completed all of the interviews which I found kind of odd. I am terrified of interviews so it was a little rough for me but the questions weren't all that hard.
