Given clear instructions to get to interview spot then was asked several behavioral questions, two weeks later I was given an awesome offer. I accepted. It's an hour from my home but totally worth it. Everyone was friendly, got a tour of the dept and where I would be working. The hospital is huge, easy to get lost.
