Interview for this position but keep asking if i am willing to do in another position, what is the point to interview me? Non-stop working environment. worst KPI management ever. But the canteen seem good.
I went through 2 interviews. First one with a manufacturing engineer and the second with 2 executives. The questions were broad and catered towards work ethics and how you solve problems.

The interviewers were all Taiwanese and seemed to be interested in someone with a Chinese background or an industrial engineering background. The rejection came almost immediately and was disappointed in it.
