Interview
they call you, the questions are in english, just asking if you are willing to work at anytime , see if you are studying
then you are scheduled to a meeting its the english test computer, you listen to it, very similar to TOEFL computer test.
then you are taken to be interviewed by HR, the usual trick questions.
after that, you are taken to the second process, its in a group all in spoken english, just a couple of excercises in a group (completely pointless since job is individual) but its to assess people skills.
then time to bring in paperwork, and sign contract.
from the first call they filtered what business unit may interest you and you can still select (I did). then you are scheduled for training, you are not paid full salary then, until the first two weeks on the job

most difficult experience youve had and how did you solve it...
The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal

It went well I've answer the question ,Also the interviewer gave a feedback base on my answer to a certain question , she gave also gave a bit information about what is ecommerce account
