Interview
TD Securities was very open and actively communicated with me throughout the interview process. Interviews were largely based on fit (attitude, work ethic, ambitions, etc), with little emphasis placed on hard skills. The assumption made be the interviewers was that if made it to interview, you had the skills required to do the job.
Interview process consisted of 3 rounds (plus 1 final round with the group head). Feedback was given after each round.

Question 1
Why are you better than all of the other candidates that are applying, and why should we hire you specifically?
Very nice people for the most part, started off with technicals, then went into a behavioral round, and then a super day. Interviewed for a specific group for their full-time analyst program, and thought the culture within the group was shown through the interview process.
Started with a meeting with a newer member of the team (associate) then in person superday with 6 or 7 interviews. Everyone was super nice. Definitely stood out as having friendly people.
