Originally I was told the procedure would be a call with HR, then in person meeting with the hiring manager and head of HR - taking a max of 3 weeks. After this, I was sent a work sample to complete, came back to the office the meet the entire team and have lunch, and another call with HR. This ended up taking 3 months with many ignored follow up emails and final decision delays
