I applied through university. I interviewed at T. Rowe Price (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2019
Interview
I submitted a resume and received an interview at my university, where I was interviewed by 2 current fellows. They asked me about my education and background (my major was in the sciences, I had NO finance or economics experience), asked about my basic understanding of statistics and modeling, and why I was interested in the position. I found out a week later that I was invited to a superday interview at their head office in Baltimore. I was there from approximately 8-4, and had 8 interviews total, as well as a lunch with other prospective and current fellows. I was interviewed by the head of the program, an HR rep, and several current fellows. They asked me similar questions about my background, my college classes, typical interview questions about why I wanted the job, etc, and simple math problems and brain teasers.
