Interview
Very friendly, took about half an hour all together. Interviewed with one of the store managers and she first asked me to introduce myself and what I enjoy, and we had a nice chat. Then it went onto the actual interview and she asked about 6 questions if i remember correctly. Then asked about availability. It was a very easy and relaxing experience.

Why do you want to work for TK Maxx? What do you like about the company? Have you had past experience? Tell me about a time you have worked well in a team. Tell me about a time you have overcome a difficult situation.
I was guided to a backroom and then asked a few questions for about 20 minutes, it was standard interview questions with no curveballs. The interviewer was very friendly and was filling out a sheet with my answers.

Greeted politely, sat in staffroom waited to go into the interview, with staff workers coming in and out, questions were generally and asked what I would do in certain situations.
