I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swissquote in Jul 2021
Interview
The first call went well, the lady explained how the company looks like and what are salary ranges, etc. Then was a coding challenge that was simple and didn't require too much knowledge. On the next step which was a technical interview, both interviewers didn't seem interested in me, listened about my experience, and then they've asked a question of type "What the class is?", I passed it and moved to the almost final step, conversation with HR which I believe went well as I been asked for a reference from my current job before even I got an offer, which isn't cool, as I got to talk to my manager, tell him that I want to leave the company without even knowing if I get an offer. But I asked him and got back to HR just to get information the recruiters are still recruiting other people and she'll get back to me once they're done (I already talked with my manager), after 2 weeks without response I wrote again whether it's still valid, to find out they decided to choose other candidates. And, please don't understand me wrong, I'm okay with not passing the interview, just asking for a reference, then not responding when someone got it, just to finish with short information without any description of why they decided to move on with others is really not cool, don't recommend to even start an interview in that company as it's time-consuming for a candidate and recruiters don't care about you at all.
