Sunrise Aviation interview questions

Interview was one on one with the Director of Education followed by an interview which included the owner. The salary offered was considerably lower than what was posted on indeed's website. The compensation package was minimal with 3 holidays/year, 1/2 of medical, dental, vision paid and very high premiums as compared to other companies. 2 weeks vacation after one year.
