Structure Financial interview questions

Along with 9 other candidates we were asked to block the whole day for a group interview. It turned out to be a 2 paper test with case-study-style questions vaguely connected to the position. We then had to wait 3 hours in the area before receiving a call telling us whether they’d move forward with our application. Some candidates were rejected, some were asked to come back another day and I was asked to wait another hour before coming back for a 1-to-1 interview. The interview was mostly a vibe check with pretty interesting questions. They got back to me a few days later asking me to interview the other cofounder « as a last stage », and the second interview was similar. I did not receive any update after that and my follow-up request a few days later was ignored. Overall, a pretty big waste of time for a lot of people. During the first interview the founder also told me it was their policy to see lots of people but to only hire a few: He said they had interviewed hundreds of people but are currently a team of 9.
