The process was extremely lengthy. I spent about 5-6 hours doing interviews with various people. I was also sent an incorrect start time on one of my interviews, which was stressful. I was told I would hear back about a decision on a certain date, but then never did. When I followed up, I was told that they got busy but decided not to extend an offer. About a week later I received an email asking if I would consider another position with them instead. I said I was interested. However, they then wanted me to go through the whole process again, spending more time in multiple hours of interviews on top of doing a design challenge. It ended up being way too much time invested -- I wasn't able to take that much time off my current job. I would just be aware of the lengthy interview process.
