I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stenger & Stenger (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
Phone interview, personality and typing tests online, then in person interview at the office. They do take your phone before you get to the interview room. Questions were generic and easy, but very cookie cutter and I felt like I was just one of many interviews that day instead of a great candidate with the necessary skills. Like they interview a wider pool even when they have qualified applicants.

Question 1
Do you know what kind of cases we handle here? How do you feel about that?
I interviewed at Stenger & Stenger (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
It was pretty comfortable. I don’t have a good recollection of it. The one lady was intimating but didn’t ask too many questions or difficult ones. HR and someone else was there. There was also a preliminary phone call and typing test.

Question 1
If I was comfortable and able to work 40 hours a week in office.
Phone interview, in person, and then maybe a 3rd if necessary. It’s generally really easy and the questions themselves are so generic that it’s easy to come prepared. They will ask if you know what they do so make sure you review their website before you get there.
