Interview
My interview process had 3 steps: 1) had a phone screen with an HR Manager, 2) then I had phone interview with the hiring manager, and 3) then I had an in-person interview with 2 people (1 peer and the hiring manager's manager). Each time, I was asked to proceed to the next step, Stellargy reached out to me within 1-3 business days, and all communication was timely and professional. The entire process took 1 month, and it was the smoothest, most professional interview process I've ever been thru. It was a very polished presentation to give a potential employee.

One thing that I liked about interviewing with Stellargy was that they placed as much emphasis on my volunteer work (more recent) as my professional work (less recent). They supported that I was doing work to help the community as much as they inquired about my technical and professional skill set.
