Completed the application on line. Received an email with invite for an online video conference with In house recruitment team member 4 days after application was submitted on the actual State Street website.

Interview
Over one hour of interview, however they mainly concerned with the time you stay with the company. While you dont even got the job offer and overall environment. It is quite strange to make any commitment at that stage.
