I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm in Nov 2018
Interview
One (phone) screening interview, mainly just talked about what the position entails and general background questions. Then I had one (phone) interview with the department that I was interviewing for. It was all completely behavioral and experience related.

Not super technical. Just the basic interview questions and asked questions about availability at first interview. One thing though is did not have the best communication before and after the process. Kept being moved around
Did a hirevue interview was okay questions were a little tricky but they have time in between to practice your answer. There were a lot more questions than i expected.
