Interesting and very time consuming nice individuals and fsmily oriented place. Seems like a good place to work and work for. I refused for other personal reasons. Not due to the company at all.

Met with the regional manager after been constant contact. It was an one in one interview in a neutral place. He was awesome. Company sounded good to work for. Pay is by the load after training. Training is 12.50 an hr. Local runs pays 200 to 210 a day. But the big draw back for me was the health ins. If your single it’s good but with a family. It’s 1200 a month out of your paycheck which is triple what I’m paying now. Turned it down due to that would be like chasing my tail. Especially with 20yrs otr experience. Pay range after trading 50-90 k depending on how much and hard drivers were willing to work. Also all holiday pay and such starts from day ins ins took months to start
- What I’ve done in past and currently where I’m working and what I’m hauling.

They have recruiters so, there isn't really an interview process. If you don't have a history of drinking and driving or running into things, you're good. I have to write thirty words on this? Well, I'm just trying to push the limit for the word requirement at this point. It's a driving job, you lads know the drill. They pay you for orientation and buy you lunch. You get your own hotel room.
- When can you get on a bus and come down here?
