The interview process was okay but not clear or communicated well, on arrival the staff did not know why I was there and the receptionist seemed like she was having an off day, with short sharp responses and was saying she didn't want to be there as it was a sunny day and wanted to go home, however the PA that came to greet me was extremely friendly. I was informed I would be interviewed by 3 people in 2 separate interviews, the first one was with 4 people in the room and 3 on teams and the 2nd again was told would be with 3 people but was actually with 5. The 2nd interview was in a room that was far too small, with the interviewers sitting in front of a window, meaning I could not see them clearly. I felt unprepared and did not perform my best.
