I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Spencer Stuart (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
several days of interviews and first day was four people. Lots of "fit" questions one of ghe interviewer noticed a mistake on my resume and circled it and showed it to me during the interview. Didn't seem like a great environment to work in. After the long day of interviews I heard nothing for weeks and then got a random email asking me to come back. Interviewed with a girl I would be working with and she said interviewed me for one hour to say I don't think you would be the best person for this job based on your experience. Why did they call me back and waste my time if they knew my experience was not what they needed?

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spencer Stuart in Jul 2021
Interview
I had zoom interview with the hiring manager, was so bizarre, I was not asked any questions besides ones that questioned why I applied for the role with my previous professional and academic experience being too much for the role, felt more scolded for applying rather than proceeding with an actual interview, was an awful experience, applicants beware!! She also asked very personal questions like what my husband did for a living, what nationality my husband was, and where I lived precisely. Don't waste your time!
