Interview
Largely depends on who you get and what kind of interview. More often it is a group interview where they ask dumb questions like what kind of animal are you or ask people to come up with a birthday song on the spot and sing it. Largely has nothing to do with the actual job. If you are lucky to get a solo interview with a supervisor or a specific manager, it will be a review of your resume and past experience and they will ask questions in how you may handle certain situations.

Interview
Two Hour Group Interview. Had to Sing and Dance. It was actually really fun. I made friends. Although you have to show up dressed professionally. TUCK YOUR SHIRT IN. Team Member 030 means Cook, Cashier, Party Host, Race Instructor, Mechanic. To them we are all interchangeable.
