I signed up for a hiring event. I then received an email to submit an application online and complete the assessment. The assessment was pretty straightforward including things that you would run into on the job.
I then attended the hiring event, it started with a tour and then I was interviewed. It was very laid back and relaxed. From there, I talked with a recruiter and was extended an offer right away.

Describe a time you dealt with an upset customer and how you handled it?
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
