I am very satisfied with the interview process at Spectrum Brands. There were a total of three phone call/video call rounds. I was able to talk to the people that will be part of my team, including the manager. I also talked to several people in the HR department. All of them were really friendly and welcoming, which made me feel more relaxed about the process, and get every time more excited about the job. Moreover, I got response on the next steps very fast every time, so my motivation and confidence increased.
