Two interviews, both of which involved no-shows. I had to contact the external recruiter for more information and reschedule the interview for the next day. The first interview was 15 minutes with an HR person where we had a nice chat, more about personal lifestyle, hobbies, etc. than my career or skills. The second was 1 hour with an engineering manager, we went over a Rails application that needed to be fixed during the interview time. I think it went well, but maybe not as perfect as they expected since I was rejected. After the second interview, they didn't send me any results or feedback for a week, so I had to contact the recruiter directly. Both interviewers were very nice, but it's not nice to not show up or not send results/feedback - I hope they improve that in the future.
