Applied on line for Ramp Agent in Nashville, TN..
Received an email asking for me to complete an in depth application with 10-year work, education and address history. After completing the application, I then completed my phone interview about 30-45 mins later. Was informed that there are over 100 applicants for the few positions. So I should look forward to an email or phone to see if I'll be moving forward to the face to face in 2 weeks located in Nashville, TN.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
