This was conducted during the COVID time, and was done via Microsoft Teams which I just opened up in my browser.
I applied in March before COVID caused all the shutdowns, and was notified about a month later that I did not pass the initial screening. A month following that, I received an email and phone call from the Hiring Manager stating they changed their requirements and were open to interviewing me, due to my previous few years as a Volt Contractor in the company.
A few days before the interview, the HM called and said they had to cancel the interview due to something about reevaluating the position due to COVID then reposting the job and that if they were to interview again they would contact me. A few weeks passed and I saw the job reposted, so I inquired with HR about it, and was contacted for the interview following that.
Overall, I "thought" the interview went well, and I was the one who turned on video while the 3 others did not. It consisted of someone who worked there for 20 years, then the HM who was there for about 17, and another guy who was there for 10.
It took about an hour and was pretty standard, and they emphasized the STAR method to answer the questions.
