Applied online and was reached out to by HR a couple weeks later. Did a screening call and then a video interview (COVID times) with a few members of the team. It was a great and easy process overall!

The interview process is 2-3 steps for most applicants. You will be introduced to HR to field the basics. After, you will meet the director of website strategy. Here is your chance to shine with knowledge of WordPress, technical website strategy, and overall good person vibes. After the second interview you will likely take a skills test to assess your abilities related to audits, IA, strategy, etc. Remember that there may not be one right answer, and use the opportunity to think creatively. Finally, you will likely meet with the CEO to assess the cultural fit. Social Driver is full of great people top to bottom, so enjoy the interview process!
