It was very pleasant and easy process. They explained the job to me and what I would be doing. They then asked me questions about who I was, why I wanted to work here, and what could I bring to the table. My favorite part was their was none of those negative feelings people can get when they are being interviewed. I even got to try out the job before I took it.
