SmartPak Equine interview questions

Had 2 interviews for a 17-18 dollar an hour job. They didn't seem to be flexible with weekends off and it was weird hours to work. It was just interesting bc they are all about horse care but then don't give you the hours or time off to be able to go be with your own animals and go show...

Long and drawn out for a barely above minimum wage type role. First you fill out a detailed questionnaire, followed by a phone interview and then a video interview with multiple people. Everything went really well then I was told I'd hear from them in two weeks. I don't think the company is doing well as I found out that people were let go/demoted to this position during the two weeks. Probably a blessing in disguise not to have been hired but I was very excited about the role.
