Interview
Every team member was friendly, engaged, and willing to talk about the pros and cons of their work. Timely feedback and set clear expectations on salary and workload. Process looks like: phone screen, hiring manager interview, director interview, and then a final 30-minute presentation. Presentation seems intimidating but they just want to see that you're engaged and passionate about your work.
