I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Santa Ana, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview is exactly as explained on this site. There were 60 of us, they put 30 people in each room, gave an brief explanation of the company, 15 minute break then 60 second introductions. That 60 seconds determines sooooo much. DO NOT say your age, DO NOT talk about your family, and DO NOT go off topic. Say your name and go right into why you would be a good flight attendant. Dress professional (you do not have to dress exactly like a flight attendant), make eye contact around the room, speak loud and clear, and SMILE!!!
After the introductions, 45 minute break, they only picked 12 out of 60 for a 1 on 1 interview. The 1 on 1 interview consist of 5-7 scenario questions. What would you do if this or that... Received my CJO 5 days later. Everything I learned was right off of this site. YOU CAN DO IT, IT CAN BE DONE. SkyWest is the easiest airline to get hired with as a flight attendant. Just be serious and prepared. The open house is easy because most people there are NOT prepared.
See you in the SKY!!!!!!!!!
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
