The recruiter was willing to help out in any way that they can. A writing assessment was required for this position but was not anything out of the ordinary.

Internal: Simple and quick conversation, which was not comforting. Nothing challenging and no trick questions. Over the phone interview discussing life and future plans. Seemed more concerned about salary than anything else.
