Terrible process. I interviewed with about 10 people over the course of 3 -4 months. The hiring manager actually asked me do their work; to present on risk of an ongoing acquisition . I gave a wonderful interview and presentation, which I'm sure they used and then I did not hear back from them for another month. The day after I followed up, I got an automated email saying I was no longer been considered. The worst interview process I've ever been through. After that, I no longer take more than 5 interviews and I prefer them to be panels.
