I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Silicon Valley Bank (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
First had a call with Director of University Relations after I was referred to her by a friend that works within the company. Next, had a call with the Manager of the ADP Program. Was then invited to an on-site interview from 8am-1pm. The in-person interview was a little intense given the amount of time dedicated to it, but was a positive and lovely experience overall.
I spoke with 4 people that had a Manager/Director role within the bank. Had 45 minutes for a writing sample, had lunch with 2 current Associates in the program and then wrapped up with the Director of University Relations.
I applied online. I interviewed at Silicon Valley Bank (Boston, MA)
Interview
Went through the process but was not selected. Started off with an HR interview. After that there was three more interviews with a variety of different people. Mostly fit based questions but some technical ones relating to credit.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Silicon Valley Bank (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
First interview was with hiring manager who was asking competency-based and motivational questions to assess candidates motivation applying for the program, for instance how skills from relevant experience would benefit them in the program. Then followed last stage assessment centre, where all candidates were given P&L case study and were asked questions afterwards, then followed 3 rounds of interviews with senior management who were asking mainly value-based questions and some of them were situational questions meaning that how candidate would act in a certain job situation
