Very friendly people. They all treat you very nice and just want to get to know you better. Their primary objective is to make sure you will like the operational functions and company culture.
The process was straightforward and conducted in a professional manner. Because it was a hirevue, there were retakes allowed, and adequate time to answer each question. The behavioral questions were your typical behavioral questions and it is important to know yourself pretty well.

Formal, but very relaxed. The interviewees were mostly interested about my goals and interests versus experience. They placed me in room and interviewed with 3 separate people for 30 minutes each.
