I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sia in Apr 2025
Interview
The experience was chaotic, poorly managed and left me with the impression that SIA does not value the time or clarity owed to its candidates.
The process began with me applying for the Senior Consultant role for a specific sector 'Insurance'. Shortly after the HR round, I had a call scheduled with the Managing Director of the 'Insurance Sector'. The conversation itself was fine and okay. However, just one day after this conversation, I was contacted by another Managing Director (this time from the 'Banking' division) who informed me that they urgently needed a resource for a project that was about to begin immediately.
It became clear that internal coordination was lacking, and it felt as though my candidacy was being passed around any coherent plan.
To make matters worse, I was then asked to schedule a call directly with the client. They asked me to sign a 'preliminary contract' where they proposed a specific role and contract ONLY if the scheduled meeting with the client was successful and the client response to the meeting was positive. Basically my contract and my full recruitment process was based on the client feedbacks.
During the meeting (considering I was not a SIA employer) they started talking about the project (never participated to a banking project, firstly I applied to insurance role) and all the tasks, objectives and deadlines.
After the meeting with the client they called me again by saying they would have contacted me for the final response.
Since then I had no communication with SIA, they haven't reached out or gave me a final communication.
Overall, I strongly recommend not to join this company. I would also strongly recommend that the company re-evaluates how it manages candidate transitions across teams and ensures proper communication and structure are in plance before involving external stakeholder such as clients.

Just had a video first round. Didnt hear about the rest of the interview process. Super friendly and straightforward. Was not what they were looking for so. Interview was with an internal recruiter.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sia (Brussels)
Interview
The procedure consists of a four-step process: HR interview, first interview, business case interview where you need to prepare a business case and present it. Final step is a final interview with the CEO.

Question 1
Are you willing to work in different industries and work in different countries?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sia (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
This interview process stood out in what is currently an awful job market. First 2 rounds were within a week of each other and then 2 months of radio silence. They then reached out for the Partner round but then had to reschedule 3 times. By the time I got to the interview, the Partner didn't seem to know anything about my background. Second question in, she didn't like the kind of experience I had and I could tell I wasn't getting an offer. I decided to just try to enjoy the conversation but that was hard after she continued to discount my previous experience. This firm clearly underpays for the experience they're looking for. All in all, they clearly don't communicate with each other on candidates.
