Interview
This was not a very long process. It was pretty simple, but I was surprised at how in depth it was for the type of job. They were very keen on recommendations. If you have great recommendations then you will be fine.
It was very easy. Phone call, mouth swab, and in person interview. This was a few years back, but they were a good company to learn from. I would recommend them.
This experience was more than time consuming and it took a lot of effort to complete all of the paperwork required. Multi step process more than one visit and there was additional paperwork then required.

Interview
The process is short and clear. They were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I was greeted with kindness and with respect. I would highly recommend shoprite as the people are friendly and helpfull. The interview process took 30min and the question was scenario based.
