Shireburn Software Software Developer interview questions

The company responded quickly to my job application and had the first interview within the week. The interviewer was on time, but seemed in a hurry to get the interview done. During the interview, I was told that it will be followed by technical test, and should receive feedback (positive or negative) within two-three weeks. Now, months have passed after the interview and the technical test and no communication or any form of feedback was provided by the company. If a job applicant is treated like this during the initial interviewing stage, it speaks volumes how employees are treated at this company. I expected better!
