The phone interview is very cheerful. The HR talked to me for about an hour for the first screening. And then they sent me a script to translate, from Mandarin to English, then English to Mandarin. The script is about interior design.
The next step is a phone interview with two executives from Shanghai, China office. Their main concern is if I have enough knowledge in design translation, and if I am capable of coordinate teams on both sides.
The last interview is with JP, the CEO, and Kevin, Director of Retail Client Services. They are both friendly and the interview went for about 30 mins.
Few days later, I received an email that I wasn't chosen, and they went for one of the candidate with a design background. However, according to my research on LinkedIn, no one was actually hired. Or they just go with someone who can do it part-time.
