I applied online and received a call from the store manager within 3 days. We had a one on one interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes. I received an offer via email, once accepted it takes you through the process to approve background check. The background check took about a week, I started 2-3 weeks after I applied online.

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
